Next Course Starts September 11. STILL TAKING ENROLMENTS!
We have nothing but 5 Star Google Reviews
We've worked with over 20,000 parents, carers, and professionals and helped more than 3,000 families with autistic children,
aged three years right into adulthood, improve their daily lives.
We address your mental health first, so you are in a better place to support your child. This is the crucial first step.
We teach you to identify the reason behind the behaviour so you can apply better strategies for your child.
We give you proven practical and psychological tools to reduce meltdowns, anxiety, school avoidance, and aggressive behaviours. We also address PDA & Sibling Rivalry.
Approx. 90 mins long, this is the core of the course and what we want to teach you. Just find time to watch this during the week and you'll be on track.
10-15 minute tools to put things into practice. These are audio files you can listen to on the go.
We meet online at 8:30pm AEST every second week. You can also ask us questions at any time in our closed FB group or just hear from other parents. We record the zoom sessions if you can't make it.
We work on your mental health. What's triggering you? We upgrade your thinking and teach you tools to reduce overwhelm and change your approach to everyday challenges. We know this is a crucial step and you'll see immediate improvements.
Emotion Coaching for Emotional Regulation and Secure Attachment. What you say and do in those interactions with your child really does make a huge difference. We'll take you through it step-by-step.
Managing Meltdowns, Shutdowns and Aggressive Behaviours. There are reasons this behaviour makes sense to your child. We'll take you through practical and psychological strategies to help here too.
'What must my child be thinking/feeling to be behaving this way?' We set goals relevant to your child as well as addressing anxiety & supporting a child with PDA.
We go through more behaviour management strategies as well as breaking down the complex issue of school avoidance. Let us give you a different perspective on this you can share with your child's school!
This is where we look at the other relationships including sibling rivalry, marital conflict and other key people in your life. Empowering you to advocate for your children, keeping it all together, and where to go from here.
Child & Family Services
The session information is easy to understand, inclusive and likely to benefit culturally diverse and complex need families who would ordinarily struggle to access such comprehensive and supportive materials.

Just do it! If you get one thing out of it its worthwhile but I promise you will probably get a hundred things out of this program. I've gained so much more out of it than I thought I would.
The answer is most likely, yes!
The NDIA recognises the importance of training and has a specific line item in the price guide for it. It's called Carer/Parent Training and bills to your Capacity Building - Improved Daily Living (therapy) budget.
Parent training does NOT need to be mentioned in the plan for you to use this service.
Most planners don't think to specifically include it in your child's plan. It's your Choice and Control if you choose to access our help.
The NDIA always refers to these 3 three criteria, if you can answer yes to these you are OK;
1. Is it reasonable and necessary? We are a mental health improvement program to specifically support you and your autistic child. The NDIA absolutely deems this as reasonable and necessary.
2. Is it good value for money? You get access to hundreds of hours of training and lifetime access to all our courses and counselling services. We are extremely good value for money.
3. Does it work towards the participant's goals? We work towards emotional regulation, behaviour, and mental health improvement goals. So as long as you have something similar to one of these in your plan you are 100% OK. You do not need an autism diagnosis to join the program.
We have supported more than 3,000 families with autistic children through this program and almost all of them have fully funded the program through their child's NDIS Plan.
In a nutshell;
A) As long as you are Plan or Self-Managed (we are not registered so can't bill to NDIA Managed plans)
B) Have funds available in your therapy budget (Capacity Building - Improved Daily Living Section)
C) And a goal in your plan similar to emotional regulation, improved behaviour, or a mental health goal you can absolutely join the program with your child's plan!
Parent training involves equipping parents with knowledge, skills, and strategies to better comprehend and support their autistic child. This kind of intervention goes beyond traditional therapy sessions, empowering parents to take an active role in their child's therapeutic journey.
We know your life is already hectic! So you don't have to be online at a particular time to do the program.
You can self-pace the whole thing. You have lifetime access to the program & can re-enroll in the live program as many times as you like, we run it 7 times a year!
You will get the most out of the course if you can find approximately 2-3 hours per week.
The course is made up of;
1 x 90 minute(ish) video once a week. If you can find time to watch this you will be on track.
Daily bite-sized audios (Mon-Fri 10-15 mins each) to put into practice what we teach in the video.
Downloadable PDFs of the key information for the week.
Closed FB Group to ask us questions in whenever you need.
Fortnightly Group Chat on Zoom - Mon Nights 8:30pm AEST. Recorded and sent if you can't attend live.
Yes, absolutely!
We encourage both parents to do the program regardless of their living or marital situation and only charge one fee.
Just fill out the enrolment form with one parent's details and when we send you your welcome email let us know you would like a second parent set up. We just need their name, email, and phone number and we'll set them up with their own access to make their way through the course at their own pace.
If you both want to do the training but would prefer not to be on the same live course, we can set you up to do different programs so you feel safe to share.
You're definitely not too late.
We take enrolments all the way through the first week of the program. You are definitely not too late.
We get you might have found us late-night Facebook scrolling and the program is about to start or might have just started. Don't stress, once we receive your enrolment form we can have everything set up for you our end within one business day.
If you are enrolling using an NDIS plan just fill out our enrolment form ASAP, so we know you want to join us.
If you are self-managed just follow the steps in our email to make the claim in your portal. Send us a screenshot of the submission receipt and we will get you set up on the course immediately knowing payment is pending.
If you are plan-managed we will just make a quick call to them to check they will process our invoice. On verbal confirmation, we will set you up immediately knowing we will receive payment through your PM in due course.
We cannot retrospectively bill for a lifetime service
The NDIS does not pay for future-dated services. However, we are a bit of a unicorn as we offer a lifetime service so can't bill at the end of our services.
Although you are joining a live version of our Autism Parenting Program, because we give you instant and lifetime access to all of our self-paced training and counselling resources, we satisfy the NDIS requirement that the services we are billing for are provided at the time of invoicing.
We have processed more than 3,000 of this exact invoice through the NDIS over the last few years and have spoken about our program with most large plan management companies. If your PM has an issue, it is usually just a quick call with us, and the invoice is processed.

I feel like I have entered a whole new world of information and possibilities on how to manage the difficult situations that we are faced with every day.
I would highly recommend this program to any parents who are struggling with their own emotional responses and the emotional responses of their children.

Mother of 19yo Autistic daughter
My daughter is 19 and I truly wish that I had access to such a program when she was first diagnosed.
Jackie has been a constant source of encouragement and assistance. I would say to anyone thinking about embarking on the journey – do it for yourself and do it for your family!

Mum of 6yo autistic son
I am currently doing the course and it is so much better than I expected. No wait-lists or cancellations because of lockdowns and all that stuff. No appointments to rush to, just quality information to help you and your child.

Mother of 9YO son ASD3/ADHD
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for creating this program.
Before I commenced this program, my biggest challenge was where to begin? I knew mine and my family's lives were in turmoil but where was I supposed to start? You were able to easily identify the different challenges we were facing and provided multiple approaches and solutions.

The changes I have noticed have been subtle yet significant. I have used the many tools learnt along the way and my son has responded well to them, creating a shift within our dynamic. It’s been wonderful.
The brilliance about doing this program is it can be at your own pace and the support you receive from Jackie and other parents is a blessing you never knew you needed. It’s life changing.
anita s.
Mother of 15yo asd teen
I highly recommend this program to all ASD parents - regardless of where you are on your parenting journey as we all need to review our negative thinking and our approach to everyone around us.
This program will boost your confidence so that you can be the parent advocate you need to be but also enjoy the daily ups and downs.

This program has been amazing. I have learnt so much and as a result my house is a lot calmer. I am better able to handle my stress and anxiety levels. I recommend this program to anyone looking for a change.

mum of 4yo aSD/ADHD son
This is by far one of the best programs I have ever been a part of. It is information rich and has very practical activities to help. It is easy to follow and if you do the activities you will see huge changes in both yourself and your child.

9yo neurodiverse son & 12yo daughter
OMG! You have to do this programme, its been a life changer. Take your time, you can do it at your own pace. There is so much support, you can reach out to Jackie and her team or the FB group, where everyone is feeling like you. Its something that everyone should do, whether your kid/s are on the spectrum or not.
Hazel V.
12, 11 & 8 ADHD/ASD children
I can’t recommend it enough. Don’t feel daunted by the 9wks - you can participate at your own pace. The content can be daunting as much of it will make you reflect at your own behaviours and regulation. But it really does help unpack a lot of what leads to both parent and child behaviours. And it’s a course you’ll come back to again when you have the space to redo if you’re not able/ready to now.
aaron c.
father of 9yo daughter & 11yo son
The benefits of the program are:
- Ongoing support from Jackie
- A community group to share thoughts with
- A feeling that I'm not alone.
There's no pressure because there is plenty of flexibility on when it can be completed.

Always so informative and helpful.
So glad I got a PSC membership. It is so worthwhile and all the info that's provided is something you can go back to and refer to for the future.

mother of 13y0 autistic daughter
I rang this place accidentally and it's the best wrong number I've ever called ;) My daughter's NDIS plan covered the cost and it has been amazing. We are only 3 weeks into the course and it has already been invaluable.
natalie g.
mother of 15yo daughter asd 1
I've learned ways to support my daughter and help her see that things aren’t set in stone. How she feels right now is not her destiny but with effort and time, her brain can rise to many challenges and learn strategies. This is a wonderful program of you are hoping to gain support and understanding about autism and it’s impact on the autistic child, the family, etc
amira y.
mother of 8yo daughter asd
You will benefit from this course to learn everything about autism and learn what goes on in your child's world of feelings, anger and unpleasant behavior, and learn how to reduce the intensity of anger, and do not hesitate to waste time until you understand autism well and understand what goes on inside your child.

stephanie l.
Mum of two uniquely neurodiverse girls 15 and 13 years old
This course, though focused on parenting is in fact way more. It is a positive, solution focused blueprint, inclusive of the negative, educational program for navigating life. The program offers kind, understanding and insightful support from both Jacquie and other parents who “get it” without judgment or criticism. I believe if you're considering joining the program with hesitation you have absolutely nothing to lose by investing in this program

100% do it. It is so beneficial and laid out and explained in such an easy and actionable way.
Tara s.
Mother of a highly anxious ND 12yo child
It's a lot of content but I found the first two weeks of it most beneficial/life-changing and then the rest of the course was pretty easy. I wish I'd done it years ago.
